Royal Gems, Inc. - TERMS And CONDITIONS:

   
  RETURN POLICY:
   
  Gemstones can be returned on following conditions, fail to comply with any one condition will result in failure to return or exchange.
   
Only credit approved customers (those who have accounts with Royal Gems) have privilege of returning merchandise with full refund within the memo period (usually 10-15days) and terms.
   
 If merchandise is found defected like cracks, broken pieces or any other floss, after it is been sold then   merchandise will not be returned or exchange.
   
Items that have been cut, resized to meet the customer requirements cannot be accepted for return. 
   
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

  CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY: 
   
  It is Royal Gems, Inc. policy to respect the privacy of its customers. Royal Gems will not monitor, edit, or disclose any personal information about you or your company,  without your prior permission unless Royal Gems has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Royal Gems; or (3) act to protect the interests of its members or others.
   
  COLLECTION POLICY:
   
  If customer fails to pay his/her balance within the terms period (varies customer to customer), then Royal Gems will have to submit information to Collection Agency. Although a grace period of 10 days is given to customer before their case is given to collection agency.
